Mini Lobster Wrap Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 tortilla
- 1/4 lobster, cooked, shelled and diced
Filling
- 20 g (2/3 oz.) cold ratatouille
- 20 g (2/3 oz.) fresh cow's milk cheese
- 2 basil leaves
- a drop of Tabasco
Method
- Chop the basil.
- Chop the ratatouille.
- Combine all the ingredients for the filling.
- Spread on the tortilla.
- Add the diced lobster and roll up, squeezing lightly.
