Fresh Kim - Sauvignon Blanc Cocktail Recipe
Total time: less than 15 minutes
Chef's Note
Expand your horizons!
This surprising cocktail is an invention of Fanny Gauthier, co-owner of Ateliers & Saveurs. It's lively and refreshing to perk up your taste buds and quench your thirst, all while being low in calories. It's made with a base of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
"This is an elegant and versatile sauvignon blanc," says Fanny. "It's my first choice for wine-based cocktails because I know it will enhance the flavor." It is an exuberant fresh wine with very typical and immediately recognizable aromas.
