Fresh Kim - Sauvignon Blanc Cocktail
Total time: less than 15 minutes
Chef's Note

Expand your horizons!

This surprising cocktail is an invention of Fanny Gauthier, co-owner of Ateliers & Saveurs. It's lively and refreshing to perk up your taste buds and quench your thirst, all while being low in calories. It's made with a base of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.

"This is an elegant and versatile sauvignon blanc," says Fanny. "It's my first choice for wine-based cocktails because I know it will enhance the flavor." It is an exuberant fresh wine with very typical and immediately recognizable aromas.

Garnish suggestion
Add a few rings of Granny Smith apple to the inside of the glass.

Ingredients
For one cocktail

- 4 pieces of Granny Smith apple
- 2 drops of Tabasco Jalapeno sauce

- 1/2 oz / 15 ml lemon juice
- 2 tarragon leaves
- 5 oz / 150 ml Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
