Rustic OKA pizza

Chef's Note

After removing from the oven, add spicy oil and Arugula leaves on hot pizza.

For 4 servings

- 60 g shredded OKA (30 g per pizza)
- 100 g Crème OKA
- 2 Naan breads (about 18-20 cm / 7-8” in diameter)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 bacon slices
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- A few Arugula leaves
- Spicy oil (optional)
- Vegetable oil to oil cooking sheet

  1. Place rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven at 230°C / 450°F.
  2. Finely chop onion and bacon ; cook in a pan at medium heat with butter for about 10 minutes to let the onion caramelize. Let cool.
  3. Place Naan breads on oiled cooking sheet and cover surface with Crème OKA leaving a 1,25 cm / 1” border.
  4. Cover Crème OKA with onion and bacon mix and sprinkle with shredded OKA.
  5. Cook in the oven for 6 to 7 minutes or until golden or 5 to 6 minutes on the BBQ.
