Pineapple-Based Cocktails Recipe

Method

- for 1 serving
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) cranberry vodka
- 60 ml (2 oz.) fresh orange juice
- 60 ml (2 oz.) pineapple juice
- pour directly into a large tulip glass;
- garnish with a slice of star fruit and a cherry.

- for 2 servings
- 50 ml (1 1/2 oz.) white rum
- 50 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dark rum
- 100 ml (3 oz.) coconut milk
- 100 ml (3 oz.) pineapple juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) crushed ice
- in a blender, combine all the ingredients;
- pour into a tall glass or a cocktail glass;
- garnish with a slice of cold pineapple or an orchid.

- for 1 serving
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) blue curacao
- 90 ml (3 oz.) pineapple juice
- ice
- whir in the blender for 10 seconds to form a nice green foam;
- in a non-stick pan, cook the grated lime zest with 1 tsp. sugar;
- pour the drink into a champagne glass; sprinkle with the lime zest;
- garnish with a slice of lime pricked with a golf tee.
