Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 300 g (10 oz.) pork tenderloin
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 5-spice powder
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 tbsp. Nuöc Màm (fish sauce) or soy sauce
- 1 onion
- Pepper
- Cilantro
Method
- Cut the meat into 5 mm (1/4”)-thick slices. Place them in a dish and add the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thinly slice the pepper; peel and thinly slice the onion. Cut the zucchini into sticks.
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions; drain.
- In a wok, heat the oil; sauté the onion for 2 minutes, add the pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the Nuöc Màm and season with pepper. Mix well, then stir in the noodles. Keep hot.
- Drain the pork. Cook the pieces of pork tenderloin on the barbecue.
- Serve very hot. At the last minute, add the cilantro to the noodles.
