Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
For 4 servings

- 300 g (10 oz.) pork tenderloin
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 5-spice powder
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 tbsp. Nuöc Màm (fish sauce) or soy sauce
- 1 onion
- Pepper
- Cilantro
Method
  1. Cut the meat into 5 mm (1/4”)-thick slices. Place them in a dish and add the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Thinly slice the pepper; peel and thinly slice the onion. Cut the zucchini into sticks.
  3. Cook the noodles according to the package directions; drain.
  4. In a wok, heat the oil; sauté the onion for 2 minutes, add the pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the Nuöc Màm and season with pepper. Mix well, then stir in the noodles. Keep hot.
  6. Drain the pork. Cook the pieces of pork tenderloin on the barbecue.
  7. Serve very hot. At the last minute, add the cilantro to the noodles.
