Chef's Note

This recipe is quick to prepare, refreshing and full of vitamins. It's an adaptation of classic gazpacho.

For 4 servings

- 6 Tomatoes, peeled and seeded or 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, seeded
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 slice of bread
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- A splash of wine vinegar
- 1 liter vegetable juice
- Salt and pepper
- A pinch of chervil
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and liquefy;
  2. refrigerate for a few hours and serve well-chilled.
