Sara and Jubileu - gin, galliano and citrus cocktails

Chef's Note

As served poolside at the Hotel Estoril Sol in Portugal .

Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 drink
- 30 ml (1 oz.) gin
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) galliano
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) orange juice
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) lemon juice
Method

Sara

  1. pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice; shake well; 
  2. moisten the edge of a cocktail glass with lemon juice; dip into sugar; 
  3. pour the cocktail into the glass and serve. 

Jubileu for 1 serving

  • 40 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
  • 20 ml (2/3 oz.) galliano
  • 20 ml (4 tsp.) cranberry juice
  • 20 ml (4 tsp.) lemon juice
  • 10 ml (2 tsp.) orange juice
  1. pour into a shaker with ice; shake well; pour into a glass;
  2. garnish with a lemon slice and a vanilla bean.
