Sesame Scallop Skewers with Beurre Blanc

Ingredients
For 4 skewers

- 12 large scallops
- half-salted butter
- sesame seeds
- pepper
- cinnamon
Method
  1. Sauté the scallops in some half-salted butter in a skillet.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with pepper and cinnamon.
  3. Place onto skewers and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
  4. Serve with the beurre blanc sauce.
