According to legend, this classic cocktail was first served at Harry's New York Bar in Paris in 1931.

Ingredients
For 1 cocktail

- 1 part lemon juice
- 3 parts Cointreau
- 6 parts Cognac
Method
  1. Pour the 3 ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
