Ingredients
- 200 g / 1 cup sugar
- 250 ml / 1 cup water
Method
- In saucepan, bring sugar and water to boil; reduce heat and simmer until syrupy, about 5 minutes.
- Pour into jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
