Ingredients
For 4 servings

- 1 ripe Avocado
- 300 g (10 1/2 oz.) Cod chiquetaille
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) cassava flour

For the cod chiquetaille
- 200 g (7 oz) dry cod
- 1 onion
- 3 chives
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lime
- 1chili finely sliced
- thyme, parsley
- pepper
- oil
