Top up your omega-3 with lamb's lettuce!
Did you know that lamb's lettuce is one of the most omega-3-rich vegetables?

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 small containers of Yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of 1 lime + a little zest
- Dill
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
  1. Into a blender container, grate half a cucumber and half a pepper using the large holes of the grater.  
  2. Add the yogurts, crushed garlic, dill, lemon juice, zest and chopped lamb's lettuce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
