A different, refreshing flavor. Serve with breakfast pancakes.
- 300 g (10 oz.) fresh strawberries (Strawberry)
- 150 ml (10 tbsp.) water
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz.) icing sugar
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) lemon juice
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) chopped Basil
  1. Wash the strawberries and put them in a blender;
  2. add the water, icing sugar and lemon juice and blend thoroughly;
  3. transfer the coulis to a pan and cook for a few minutes;
  4. cool for 5 minutes;
  5. add the chopped basil and some chopped strawberries.
