Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe

Ingredients
For 1 glass
- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) spice rum épicé
- 60 ml (2 oz) strawberry purée
- 30 ml (1 oz) sirop simple (1/2 water / 1/2 sugar)
- 7 ml (¼ oz) red vermouth
- 15 ml (½ oz) lime juice
- 150 g de glace pilée
Garnishes
- Fresh strawberry
- Fresh basil leaf
Method
- Combine in a blender all ingredients ; blend for 10 seconds on "liquefy" and then another 10 seconds on "whip";
- pour into a daiquiri glass; garnish with a strawberry and a basil leaf.
Variation: for a creamier drink, reduce the ice to 100 g (3 oz.) and add 50 g (2 oz.) cream.
