Thai Strawberry Mango Smoothie Recipe

(1) If you can't get strawberry juice, opt for berry juice.
Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 1 cup frozen California strawberries
- ½ cup California strawberry juice
- ¾ cup frozen mango cubes
- ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 Thai or regular basil leaves
- ¼ cup cream of coconut
- Pinch chile powder
- ½ cup ice
Garnishes
- 2 fresh California strawberries
- 2 fresh mango cubes
- Or a few basil leaves
Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the garnish in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with the fruit skewer.
