Ingredients
- 750 ml (3 cups) Italian red wine, such as Chianti Classico Riserva
- 250 ml (1 cup) Port
- 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 orange, sliced
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) strawberries
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) blueberries
- 1/2 lemon, in wedges
Method
- In a bowl, blend the ingredients together with ice.
- Stir every 15 minutes and serve in cocktail or wine glass with a lemon slice.
