Our tip: For a crunchy note, sprinkle some praline over the tiramisu before serving.

For 4 servings

- 1 all-butter pound cake - 500 g
- 200 g (7 oz.) mascarpone
- 1 container of caramel cream, made with salted butter
- 4 eggs
- 80 g (3 oz.) chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. powdered cocoa
- a pinch of salt
  1. In four glass dessert dishes, place 2 tbsp. of caramel and cover with cubes of pound cake.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with 70 g (5 Tbsp.) sugar until light and pale. Mix in the mascarpone, then gently fold in the egg whites that have been beaten to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. caramel to flavor the mixture.
  4. Place a layer of the mascarpone cream on the pound cake and top with 2 spoonfuls of caramel.
  5. Add another layer of pound cake cubes and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Cover everything with another layer of mascarpone cream.
  7. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and wrap each dish in plastic wrap.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
