Veal Brochettes Recipe
Veal Brochettes

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 500 g (18 oz.) Veal, cut into even cubes
- 1 bunch of fresh onions
- 1 red pepper
- 16 thin slices of bacon
- 1 lime
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the pepper into squares the same size as the veal cubes.
  2. Cut the onion bulbs in half, leaving on a little of the green part.
  3. Make the brochettes by placing the veal cubes on skewers interspersed with the bacon, pepper and onion to create a good mixture of flavors and colors.
  4. Finely grate the lime zest.
  5. Combine the olive oil and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Brush this mixture over the brochettes.
  6. Cook the brochettes on a hot grill, turning occasionally and brushing with the lime mixture until cooked.
