Veal Chops with Zucchini "Noodles" Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 Veal chops
- 6 Zucchini
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 sprigs of basil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 250 ml (1 cup) cream
- 40 g (3 tbsp.) butter
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Wash and dry the zucchini and cut them into thin slices lengthwise, and then into thin strips.
- Sauté in butter for 2 minutes over high heat, then set aside and keep warm.
- Heat the cream, add the chopped chives and basil; season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the veal chops in butter in a large skillet, turning several times, and season with salt pepper and lemon juice.
- Serve the chops accompanied by the zucchini "noodles" coated with the cream sauce.
