Watermelon Berry Popsicles Recipe

Here's a great way to give your kids all the healthful benefits of watermelon while making it even more fun to eat. Nothing says summer like popsicles: these refreshing treats are thirst-quenching while providing children with the vitamins they need.
The added bonus is that one popsicle contains only 42 calories and no fat!
Ingredients
For 12 popsicles
- 750-900 g / 5-6 cups seedless watermelon
- 125 ml / 1 cup giant blueberries
- 125 ml / 1 cup giant raspberries
- 45 ml / 3 Tbsp. honey
Method
- Add watermelon, ½ cup of blueberries, ½ cup of raspberries, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Press through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds.
- Fill popsicle molds ¾ full with liquid.
- Add whole blueberries and raspberries to each mold. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
