The State of Bliss - A unique style of cooking, termed "Pacific Northwest cuisine," has grown up all through Washington State. Now is the season for apples and grapes. Stop at Grayland for the clams, Olympia for the little oysters, and Pike Place Market in Seattle for the fish market.
Chicory
The chicory family or the "Cichorium" family is divided in 2 species :
- The leaf chicory or Cichorium endivia
- And the wild chicory or Cichorium intybus.
