(1) This refreshing dip is a crowd-pleaser. It's specially designed to serve with baked potatoes. Your biggest challenge will be making sure there's enough to go around.

This recipe is courtesy of McCain, a Canadian company known country-wide for its frozen French fries, a perfect way to celebrate National French Fry Day on July 13th!

For 4 to 6 servings

- 650 g / 20-23 ounces baked potato wedges (1)

- 500 ml / 2 cups grated asiago cheese
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 170-225 g / 6-8 ounces marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 Tsp. lemon juice
  1. Mash up the artichoke hearts in a bowl along with the minced garlic.
  2. Add all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix everything together and refrigerate until serving time.
