Avocado dip Recipe
Chef's Note
Serve with tortilla or pozole (traditional mexican stew)
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado from Mexico
- 60 g / 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 or 2 limes (juice only)
- 1 large jalapeño
- ½ Tsp. pepper
- ½ Tsp. salt
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy..
