Banana Daiquiri - rum Recipe

Ingredients
Place in a blender, for each serving:
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 measure light rum
- 1 measure banana liqueur
- 150 g (5 oz.) crushed ice
Method
- process in a blender for 10 seconds on liquefy and another 10 seconds on whip;
- pour into a wine glass or tall glass; garnish with a banana slice;
- variation: for a creamier version, reduce the ice to 100 g and add 50 ml (3 tbsp.) cream.
