Beef and Vegetables with Bean Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 3 slices of beef flank steak
- 1 carrot
- 150 g (5 oz.) snow peas
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. nuoc mam (fish sauce)
Method
- Drain and rinse the bean sprouts.
- Slice the carrot, snow peas and red pepper.
- Slice the meat into strips.
- Stir fry the beef in some oil in a wok or skillet for 3 minutes.
- Add all the vegetables.
- Add the soy sauce and fish sauce and combine well.
- Cook 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
