Beef and Vegetables with Bean Sprouts

For 4 servings

- 3 slices of beef flank steak
- 1 carrot
- 150 g (5 oz.) snow peas
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. nuoc mam (fish sauce)
  1. Drain and rinse the bean sprouts.
  2. Slice the carrot, snow peas and red pepper.
  3. Slice the meat into strips.
  4. Stir fry the beef in some oil in a wok or skillet for 3 minutes.
  5. Add all the vegetables.
  6. Add the soy sauce and fish sauce and combine well.
  7. Cook 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
