Chef's tip
To gratinĂ© the mozzarella, place the burgers, topped with the cheese, into a 200° C / 400° F oven for 2 minutes. 

For 6 servings

- 6 ciabatta burger buns
- 6 ground steak
- 30 g mozzarella
- 30 g pesto
- 30 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 50 g arugula
- 6 slices of Parma ham
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper
  1.  Heat a skillet with a little olive oil; sear the ground steak burgers for 2 minutes on each side.
  2. At the end of the cooking time, place a mozzarella slice on each one and season.
  3. Toast the burger buns.
  4. Spread the bottom half of the bun with pesto. Top with the mozzarella burger, Parma ham, arugula and tomatoes. Season and serve immediately.
