To gratiné the mozzarella, place the burgers, topped with the cheese, into a 200° C / 400° F oven for 2 minutes.
- Heat a skillet with a little olive oil; sear the ground steak burgers for 2 minutes on each side.
- At the end of the cooking time, place a mozzarella slice on each one and season.
- Toast the burger buns.
- Spread the bottom half of the bun with pesto. Top with the mozzarella burger, Parma ham, arugula and tomatoes. Season and serve immediately.
