Lemon Chicken & Broccoli Sauté Recipe

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 1½ lbs (750 g) boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 (3) cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp non-hydrogenated margarine
- 4 cups (1 L) broccoli florets
- 250 ml / 1 cup hot water
- 1 potKnorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken *
- 2 tbsp (30mL) lemon juice
Method
- Toss chicken, flour, and garlic in medium bowl; set aside.
- Melt margarine in 12 inch (30 cm) nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Stir broccoli into same skillet and cook 1 minute. Stir in hot water and Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken until melted. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to skillet and heat thoroughly. Remove skillet from heat, then stir in lemon juice.
