Chicken Skewers with Nectarine and Balsamic Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 nectarines
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Guérande fleur de sel
- Szechuan pepper
Method
- Cut each chicken breast into cubes. Marinate in a bowl with the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in the fridge and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220° C (440° F).
- Wash the nectarines well and cut into wedges around the pit.
- Once the chicken is marinated, prepare the skewers (2 per person) by alternating cubes of chicken and nectarine, placing them tightly together. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through, and basting with the remaining marinade. Serve hot with wild rice.
