Chicken with Peanuts Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
- 200 g (7 oz.) Peanuts
- 1 Chicken
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) oil
- 1 liter (4 cups) chicken stock
- Spices to taste
Method
- Grill the chicken until three-quarters done; season with the spices;
- toast the shelled peanuts in a skillet; remove the skins; grind in a mortar;
- add some water and cook to make a fairly thick paste;
- cut up the chicken; coat each piece with this mixture; finish cooking by sautéing in a skillet in a little oil.
