For 2 servings

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp Leroux liquid chicory
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. acaciahoney
- 1 level tsp. powdered ginger
- 1 Tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of salt

Yogurt and lime sauce
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lime
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cayenne


  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a dish.
  2. Add the honey, chicory, ginger, oil and salt. Mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.


  1. Meanwhile peel the clove of garlic and remove the germ. Place in a bowl.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cayenne, and the zest and juice of half a lime. Combine.

Coooking and serving

  1. Just before serving, heat a skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and marinade. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with the yogurt sauce.
