An original recipe from Chef Louis Osteen of Louis's Restaurant and Bar in Charleston to accompany his Watermelon and Cress Salad
Ingredients
For 375 ml (1 1/2 cups)
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) peanut oil
- 3 tbsp. minced shallots
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. honey
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender; refrigerate until serving time.
