Coconut, Strawberry and Lichee Smoothie
Chef's Note

You can reduce the quantity of ice cubes by half if you're using frozen strawberries.

Ingredients
For 4 servings

- 250 g (9 oz.) strawberries
- 250 g (9 oz.) lichees in syrup
- 15 ice cubes
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) coconut cream
Method
  1. Hull the strawberries.
  2. Drain the lichees.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed. Serve.
