Croque  Madame-style croissant Recipe

Ingredients
Per serving
- 1 Bridor croissant
Garnish
- 2-3 Tbsp. Bechamel sauce
- Ham slices
- Emmental, grated
- Cheddar, grated or  mimolette
- Fry egg
- Salt & pepper
Method
Step 1
- Cut the croissant in two
 - Cover the base of the croissant in bechamel
 
Step 2
- Add the slice of ham and grated Emmental
 
Step 3
- Fry the egg and put it on top of the cheese
 - Close the croissant
 
Step 4
- On top, put the grated Emmental then the grated cheddar in a circle shape in the middle (when it melts, it will look like an egg yolk)
 - Season with salt and pepper
 
Step 5
- Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
