Garlic flower salted butter Recipe

Ingredients
- 225 g / 8 oz unsalted butter at room temperature
- 3 Tbsp. garlic flower, fresh or in a jar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fleur de sel
Method
- Place the butter, garlic flower and chives in a bowl; mix well with a whisk or electric mixer.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Mix in the fleur de sel; combine gently.
