Honey Vinaigrette Recipe

This honey-sweetened vinaigrette would complement spinach salad or any salad with a fruit touch.
Ingredients
For 6 (2-tablespoon) servings.
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup olive oil
- 65 ml / 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds *
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic or Garlic Powder *
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground *
Method
- Mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Serve on tossed green salad, spinach salad or fruit salad.
