Lamb's Lettuce, Pear and Curry Soup

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 250 g (9 oz.) Mache (Lamb's Lettuce) (1 1/2 baskets)
- 250 g (9 oz.) potato
- 2 Pears
- 750 ml (3 cups) water
- 50 ml (3 tbsp.) light cream
- 2 pinches of Curry
- Salt and pepper
  1. In a saucepan in a mixture of olive oil and sunflower oil, sauté the coarsely chopped onion and crushed garlic over low heat. Cook until the onion is translucent. 
  2. Add the lamb's lettuce (mache), peeled and cubed potatoes, seeded pears and water. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and curry. Remove from the heat, season with salt to taste and blend until smooth.
