Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 8 portions (200 g) 0% fresh cheese (fromage frais)
- 100 g (6 tbsp.) light cream
- 1 sheet of gelatin
- 150 g (5 oz.) leeks, white part only
- A little butter
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Method
- Thinly julienne the leek and sweat in a little butter.
- In a saucepan, whisk the fresh cheese together with the cream and heat gently.
- Soften the sheet of gelatin in water and mix it into the cheese mixture.
- Add the julienne leek. Season with salt and pepper and pour into ramekins. Refrigerate for 2 hours. To unmold more easily, dip the bottom of each ramekin into very hot water for a few seconds.
