For 1 cocktail
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) gin
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) crème de banane (Banana liqueur)
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) Coconut milk
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) pineapple juice
- A few drops of red or black currant juice
Method
- pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice; shake well; pour into a cocktail glass;
- garnish with a twist of lemon on a pick with two cherries and a mint leaf.
