Maple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) maple syrup
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream or whipping cream
- a pinch of cinnamon
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
- Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened and smooth. Serve hot or cold.
