Marinated Chicken Skewers Recipe

Chef's Note
To vary the pleasure, flavor the marinade with mustard and the bread crumbs with cumin.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 slices of Chicken breast
- Bread crumbs
- 2 small containers of plain Yogurt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. four-spice (quatre-épices)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
- Cut the chicken breasts into 2 cm (3/4") cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade: yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, oregano, four-spice powder, salt and pepper.
- Combine the chicken cubes with the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Roll each cube of chicken in bread crumbs.
- Assemble the skewers, alternating cubes of chicken with pieces of green and yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes.
- Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
