Marinated Chicken Skewers

Chef's Note

To vary the pleasure, flavor the marinade with mustard and the bread crumbs with cumin.

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 slices of Chicken breast
- Bread crumbs
- 2 small containers of plain Yogurt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. four-spice (quatre-épices)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into 2 cm (3/4") cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade: yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, oregano, four-spice powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the chicken cubes with the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. Roll each cube of chicken in bread crumbs.
  6. Assemble the skewers, alternating cubes of chicken with pieces of green and yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
