Green Apple & Coriander Martini Recipe
Total time: less than 15 minutes
Chef's Note
If you want to prepare several martinis, use an electric blender to purée the apples for a faster result.
Ingredients
Per glass
- 50 ml / 1/5 cup vodka
- 1 twig of fresh coriander
- a few drops of lemon juice
- 10 ml / 2 Tsp.simple syrup
Method
- Muddle green apple with syrup. Purée.
- Stir all ingredients with some ice cubes in a mixing glass.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a coriander twig.
