Mint Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh Mint (half the leaves chopped, half left whole)
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) cider vinegar
- 1 ladleful of broth
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- dissolve the sugar in the boiling stock;
- add the other ingredients;
- let infuse for 1 hour at room temperature;
- strain, reheat and serve in a sauce boat.
