Yellow plum smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
Method
- Peel and dice the fruits. Keep some yellow plums for garnish.
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Purée until smooth with 2-3 ice cubes.
- Whisk few seconds for a fluffy texture.
Serve cold with a small yellow plum brochette.
