Yellow plum smoothie
Ingredients
For 2 tall glasses

- 300 g Mirabelles or yellow plums
- 400 ml almond milk
- 1 good pinch of cinnamon
Method
  1. Peel and dice the fruits. Keep some yellow plums for garnish.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Purée until smooth with 2-3 ice cubes.
  3. Whisk few seconds for a fluffy texture.

Serve cold with a small yellow plum brochette.
