Muesli Recipe

Serving suggestion: Serve with low fat milk or yoghurt for a low GI breakfast

Storage: Keep in a dry airtight container in the refrigerator

For 10 servings

- 1½ cups / 250g rolled oats
- 5 tablespoons wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 5 tablespoons of sultanas
- 5 tablespoons of dates, roughly chopped
- 5 tablespoons of dried apricots, roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoons of walnuts, roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoons of cashews, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds

- milk
- Greek yoghurt
- honey
- berries
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix together.
  2. Serve with milk, a dollop of yoghurt, honey and a handful of berries.
