Mustard Sauce with Sesame Seeds Recipe

Use this sauce as an accompaniment to sushi and tempura
Ingredients
- 30 g (1 oz.) Sesame seeds
- 1 green onion
- A pinch of dried Mustard
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) water
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) vegetable oil
Method
- toast the sesame seeds in a 200° C (400° F) oven until golden brown;
- place all the ingredients into a food processor;
- pour into small individual ramekins.
