Chef's Note

Can be store in the refrigerator. Shake before using.

- 60 ml / 1/4 cup honey
- 250 ml / 1 cup light olive oil
- 80 ml / 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 Tsp. Dijon mustard or whole grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 lemon, zest finely grated

  1. Dilute mustard and honey in cider vinegar.
  2. Add slowly olive oil.
  3. Add lemon juice, poppy seeds and lemon zest.

Pour over salads. vegetables or a grilled fish.
